| Where do I get my Photos
Digitized? |
| If you
have a digital camera, you can take the photos from there. If you have a
scanner, you can scan the photos into your pc and save them. If you do not know
how to do this or do not have the equipment, any photo processor (even Wal-Mart
or your Drug store) can develop your photos onto a CD for a minimum charge. In
all cases, then simply attach the photos to e-mail. |

| Can I Mail my Photos to You? |
| No! We
will NOT accept any photographs sent through the mail because we cannot
guarantee that your precious photographs will not be lost or
damaged. |

| How Large will my Wall Hanging
Be? |
The size
of your wall hanging depends on the shelf style you choose (wave-edge or
straight-edge), the shelf layout (either single- or double-wide) and the number
of shelves. Please consider how much wall space you have available for the
finished product.
Widths:
Wave-edge style:
Single-wide width 18 inches
Double-wide width
35 inches
Straight-edge style is 2 inches

1 shelf = 13 inches, 2 shelves = 22

| When Can I Expect Delivery? |
Each Wall
Hanging must be individually printed and quilted.
Currently, our turn around time is 3-4 weeks |

| How Much Will It Cost? |
You
control the price by choosing the number of photos and the frame
style.
Each printed frame picture cost $12.00
and each trimmed picture is $15.00.
Shipping
and Handling is Just $6 anywhere in the United States.
Connecticut residents add 6% sales tax. |

Caring
for your Wall hanging is easy and involves 3 Simple
Rules:
1. Do not hang in direct sunlight.
2. Do not launder or dry clean. Vacuum only.
3. Do not store in a
plastic bag. |

| Can I Select a Combination of Trimmed
& Framed Photos? |
No, the
two styles are not compatible.
Your wall hanging must be all trimmed photos
or all framed photos, your choice. |

| Is There a Minimum or Maximum Number of
Photos? |
| The
minimum number of photos are 8 and the maximum is 24. |
